Description
I present to you a different milk chocolate. It is healthy with a high percentage of cocoa. Even thought the chocolate contains milk, it allows us to feel the flavors of the barloventoan cocoa. We will find caramel, panela (brown sugar), toasted nuts, and a dance of bitierness and fruity acidity in the aftertaste that makes us salivate and increase the pleasure. All of the above are cocoa flavors that we were able to exalt during the transformation of cocoa to the bar and win the prize in the national contest as the best milk chocolate.
